I was the Senior Technical Writer responsible for the MainView Middleware Administrator (MVMA) documentation, mostly in Agile. This product was a "lite" version of the TrueSight Middleware and Transaction Monitor product, which is also included on my portfolio pages.

I converted the doc set from FrameMaker into Confluence Wiki. The new Wiki space made it easier for users to locate the relevant info in one location, and included interactive PPT illustrations of the architecture (shown on this page). The team was located in the US (I was the sole Israeli-based employee).
