I was the Senior Technical Writer responsible for the TrueSight Middleware and Transaction Monitor (TMTM) documentation, mostly in Agile. I converted the doc set from FrameMaker (originally spread over 10 user guides) into Confluence Wiki. The new Wiki space made it easier for users to locate the relevant info in one location, and enabled me to add new Getting Started sections for new users onboarding with the product. The team was located in the US (I was the sole Israeli-based employee).
